In addition to the Washington State licensing requirements all S4 Inspection Inspectors are Certified Professional Inspectors (CPI) by InterNACHI. The InterNACHI School is the only home inspector school accredited by the national accrediting agency of the U.S. Department of Education (USDE). To become CPI each inspector must pass an additional 12 certification programs.
