S4 Inspection helps me inspect my first house. I didn’t know him. My agent referred him to me. I don’t have a lot of experience with inspection or their reports. I have read dozen of pre-inspection reports before buying this house. None of the report is as good as S4 Inspection. I was impressed of his professionalism, his cool tools, and the honest feedbacks for my house. The report is super detailed to every switches, buttons, outlets, doors,… You don’t even need to ask for your water/gas/electricity shut-off vaults. They are in the reports with pictures.
He even set up a Zoom meeting after the inspection for questions. He also told me that I can ask questions some weeks after that.

Very thorough and called out everything. Highly detailed report with alot of photos to go along with it. Highly recommend if you need an inspector.
