Extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Dodged a bullet on the first house we made an offer on because he found quite a few things that the pre inspection did not. Found one that needs much less work and we used him a second time. He’s also very responsive through email answering any questions I had since I had to work and couldn’t be there.
