I was blown away by the comprehensive and detailed report that Anthony presented including pictures and descriptions. He not only sent the report to me, but he presented the results on a zoom call and walked me thru everything. I can't thank him enough for all his advice and guidance. Anthony has done two home inspections for us. Right away, we were impressed by his attention to detail and thoroughness of the inspections. When there was something that he needed to call our attention to, he explained what was happening and what was needed to fix it well enough that we as first-time home buyers understood. He's quick to send over inspection reports well within 24 hours, and even scheduled a Zoom call with us the next evening to answer any questions we had. Hopefully I won't need to buy another house for a hot minute, so in the meantime, I'll happily recommend Anthony to anyone who needs a home inspection.
